Visual Identity
The Purchase Award is a tradition at Tokyo University of the Arts, where each year, particularly outstanding undergraduate and graduate works are chosen and placed to the university's permanent collection. This collection, which originated with the university's predecessor, Tokyo Bijutsu Gakko, presently includes approximately 10,000 bought works. This show presents a selected number of student works to focus on the history and evolution of art education in Japan. I was in charge of the visual identity and exhibition design, developing essential visuals, display graphics, and printed materials that reflected both the university's history and modern artistic expression.
